I have to post this very old flight for starters, since the effects of it still are with me.. but I'll let you know more about that later. We were having an exhibition at Institut Finlandais, a Finnish cultural institute of France and were invited there. I am not exactly sure but I think Finnair were sponsoring the flight in some way. Despite attempts our group, which consisted of 6 vegetarians among the rest of us, couldn't get vegetarian food for flight, even we were supposed to. After complaint email of bad service, Finnair sent each of us 15€ complimentary Tax Free Shop voucher, that you can use on Finnair long distance flights and Finnair's Helsinki airport shop. I spent 2 of these vouchers now in the end of 2008 buying 2,5 kg of chocolate at the airport, which I am eating currently. At least they admitted their fault and showed they were sorry for the mistake.
